I'm always amazed by how daring and eclectic some vintage jumpers can be, that 'back in the day' would have been standard wear. Take these jumpers below that I picked up for pounds and the odd penny. The mohair jumper looks like a bee stung puzzle with an art deco vibe, and the black sequin shoulderpad top is so relevant with Christopher Kane and 80's trends. Hope you all like them, and have a great weekend!

I'm so jealous of the black one that you got! uhg it's so beautiful! and I never thought it would look good on a guy! also, is the first one angora? I have a recent fetish with angora sweaters hahaha.

ReplyDeleteAmazing colours and wicked finds I am never lucky at finding things like this, my local thift stores are always full of cheap high street clothes love the way you have styled them too x
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about thrift stores; for every vintage gem there's an over priced primark top! Me and my best friend spend religious amounts of time in them though determined to find treasures eventually, haha. Car Boot Sales are always a great playground too for unique bargains!
ReplyDeleteThankyou everyone for your charming comments already! It really means a lot
When I go thrift store shopping I go straight to the jumpers/sweaters. In fact, today I was in Salvation Army and every sweater was a dollar. I bought around five, I honestly really like oversized sweaters a lot.
ReplyDeleteI really like the material and the pattern of the first jumper, it's very geometric and the colors are superb, great find!
